Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

The applicable regulations regarding reservations and cancellations in rural tourism accommodations are governed by the corresponding decrees of the Autonomous Community. Below, we detail our general policy:

1. Booking Process, Check-in and Check-out

The general minimum stay is two nights. To make a firm reservation for the villa, a 50% deposit of the total stay amount is required in advance.
The remaining amount must be paid three days before check-in, following the instructions provided by email when confirming the reservation.
The damage deposit is 400 euros, which will be pre-authorized on your card the day before check-in, and will be released two days after check-out, provided the house has not suffered any damage.
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is until 3:00 PM.
Any modification to these schedules must have the express authorization of the property.

2. Cancellation Policy

In the event of reservation cancellation or annulment, the policies applied to the deposit paid will be as follows:

Cancellation 40 days or more in advance:
Free cancellation. 100% of the deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellation between 15 and 40 days in advance:
50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation 15 days or less in advance:
100% retention of the paid deposit.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay and respect for the environment and neighbors, compliance with the following rules is mandatory:

Use the home with due diligence and exclusively as a temporary residence.
Do not accommodate more than the 30 permitted guests.
Do not engage in annoying, unhealthy, or illegal activities.
Do not engage in activities that generate noise disturbing the neighbors after 10:00 PM.
No smoking inside the house.
No pets allowed without the express permission of the landlord.
